We welcome relevant guest posts on our blog. The following rules apply to all guest posts:

  1. No ghostwritten posts, actual author name must appear.
  2. Author must be an attorney, licensed to practice law in the United States, or a law student at an accredited institution.
  3. We generally request either reciprocal guest-posting on the author's blog, or permanent linking to the guest post.
  4. Post must not be duplicated elsewhere on the internet.
  5. Any images must demonstrate appropriate usage rights.
  6. Author photograph and publishable contact information must be provided.
