Bankruptcy Site Launched at www.eastwakebankruptcy.com

Fabricius & Fabricius PLLC has launched www.eastwakebankruptcy.com, our new bankruptcy website. This new website, which is tightly integrated with our main website at www.fabriciuslaw.com, provides resources and information to individuals contemplating filing bankruptcy in North Carolina. There are already dozens of pages included at launch, with more bankruptcy content to come online over the next several weeks, authored by our bankruptcy lawyer Erich Fabricius.

Some features of particular interest include:

• Why File Bankruptcy?, a multi-page guide to common reasons why people seek bankruptcy relief.
• A Bankruptcy Glossary, providing short definitions to common terms in the bankruptcy process. The glossary is inter-linked with our other content to enable quick reference and detailed exploration of topics.
• A database of Common Bankruptcy Questions grouped into several topical areas. We will be adding new questions and answers regularly, and have a page listing the most recently added.
• www.eastwakebankruptcy.com is now the home for our North Carolina Bankruptcy Blog. We have migrated over a number of our previous posts, and will continue publishing our observations and comments on the new domain.
